Information we collect: Your name, email address, resume, application details, text-interview messages, and assigned paperwork or orientation responses. We also maintain HR assessment notes and security and activity records. How we use it: To review applications, communicate with candidates, conduct human-led text interviews, make hiring decisions, and manage paperwork and orientation. Who can access it: Authorized hiring personnel and service providers supporting the platform. The current services include Hostinger for hosting and Titan for email. If electronic signing is enabled, relevant documents and signer details will be shared with the selected signing provider. Retention: We retain application and hiring records according to applicable employment and recordkeeping requirements. The retention period depends on the record, the hiring decision, and applicable law. Records subject to a complaint, investigation, or legal hold are retained until the relevant preservation obligations end.
